Sleep Study ::

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SLEEP STUDY:
Our goal is to provide the best evaluation of your sleep. Your cooperation in following these steps is very important.

  • Try to maintain your usual daytime schedule. Avoid unusual exercise and unusual meals.
  • DO NOT TAKE NAPS ON THE DAY OF YOUR STUDY.
  • Take your regular medications on the day of your study unless otherwise directed by your Physician .
  • Please bring something comfortable to sleep in.
  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Do not use hair spray, oils or gels.
  • Women, please do not wear any make-up or nail polish.
  • You may bring a favorite pillow or blanket to make you feel more comfortable.
  • Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please avoid caffeinated beverages after 6:00pm .
  • Please do not arrive before the appointed time of 8:30PM- our office is closed between 5PM – 8PM
  • Wake up time will be between 5:00 AM-5:30 AM the next morning.
  • Please Bring insurance cards.
  • Please bring a list of any medications you are currently taking.
